Can I shop as a private individual in the Bohus webshop?

- No, at present it is not possible for private individuals to shop in the Bohus webshop. It is specifically designed to serve our corporate customers and contract customers. If you are interested in our products, you are welcome to contact our customer service for advice on possible alternatives.

Why don't I see any prices?

- Prices in our webshop are only displayed to logged-in users. You need to have an active customer account and be logged in to see the prices of our products and articles.

Are prices shown excluding VAT?

- Yes, all prices in our webshop are shown excluding VAT. As the webshop is aimed at business customers, it is standard to show prices without VAT. If you have any questions about VAT or invoicing, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

Delivery times

- If the items you have ordered are in stock, your order will normally be dispatched within two working days of receipt. We always aim for fast deliveries, but during certain periods or at peak times, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Right of exchange and return

- We offer a 14-day exchange and return policy on most goods from the time you receive your order. However, this does not apply to:

  • Sale of goods

  • Certain electronics

  • Some clothes

  • Special order goods

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and you are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives in good condition. The product must be unused, and both packaging and any instructions must be in new condition. Returned goods must not be broken, dirty or otherwise damaged - they must be ready for resale.

Once we have received and accepted the return, the full amount will be refunded except for the shipping cost.

Defective products

- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact our customer service as soon as possible after delivery. We will help you resolve the problem quickly, either by replacing the item or finding another solution that works for you.
