Bohus handles your personal data with respect and care - according to GDPR.
As part of our efforts to offer good service and smooth customer relations, Bohus handles your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (GDPR). We only save the information needed to ensure high quality in our service.
To facilitate future orders and customer service, we store the name, telephone number, e-mail address and position of contact persons at our customers. This information is stored securely in our business system and is saved for a maximum of seven years after the last order or completed assignment. For ROT- and RUT-eligible services, we also save social security number, address and property designation according to the same rules.
Communication and offers
As a customer, you may receive information, offers and invitations via your registered email address - but never more than six times a year. You can easily unsubscribe from our mailings through a link in the email or contact our GDPR officer to have your data updated or deleted.
